This document governs the relationship between the Service Operator (hereinafter — "Operator") and users (hereinafter — "User") regarding the use of a service providing access to neural network technologies.
1.1.1. The Operator provides the User with access to a service enabling interaction with artificial intelligence (hereinafter — "Service").
1.1.2. Services are provided on a paid basis by topping up the balance of the User's personal account. The Service also offers free use without registration to evaluate functionality. After registration, the User receives a trial balance for evaluation.
1.1.3. Full use of the Service requires registration and acceptance of this Agreement.
1.2.1. By registering with the Service, the User confirms that they:
1.2.2. A User who does not agree to these terms is not permitted to use the Service.
2.1.1. To use the Service, the User completes registration by providing an email address.
2.1.2. After registration, the User is granted access to the personal account and credited with a trial balance.
2.1.3. The User is solely responsible for the security of their account and the confidentiality of login credentials.
2.2.1. The Service may be used by individuals aged 18 or older, or by minors with the consent of legal representatives.
2.2.2. By registering, the User confirms they have reached the required age.
The Service may be used by:
3.1.1. The Operator provides access to neural network models for generating text and image content.
3.1.2. Access is provided in volumes corresponding to the balance of the User's personal account.
3.1.3. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service and bears no responsibility for technical failures beyond its control.
The User is PROHIBITED from using the Service for:
3.2.1. Illegal activities:
3.2.2. "Grey" activities:
3.2.3. Other violations:
3.3.1. Upon detecting violations, the Operator may:
3.3.2. The User bears full responsibility for content created using the Service.
4.1.1. Services are provided on a prepaid basis by topping up the balance of the personal account.
4.1.2. Available payment methods:
4.1.3. Funds are debited from the balance automatically as the Service is used, according to current rates.
4.1.4. The User may review the transaction history in the personal account at any time.
4.2.1. After a service of access to neural networks has been duly rendered, the funds spent on its purchase are non-refundable.
4.2.2. If the service was not provided in full or was provided improperly (the personal account balance was not credited, or the credited amount differs from the calculated order amount), the User has the right to:

4.2.4. Claims and refunds are processed within 15 business days of receipt.
4.2.5. Refunds are made via the same method used for the original top-up.
4.2.6. Grounds for refusing a refund:
The Operator complies with applicable laws regarding the processing, transfer, and protection of Users' personal data.

Personal data is processed to provide and improve the Service, process payments, provide technical support, analyse site traffic, and ensure security. Processing is based on the User's consent and for the performance of contractual obligations.
5.4.1. By registering with the Service and ticking the checkbox "I agree with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy", the User freely, of their own will and in their own interest, consents to the processing of provided personal data on the terms stated in this document.
5.4.2. Processing methods: automated and non-automated.

6.1.1. All elements of the Service (design, source code, logos, trademarks) are the intellectual property of the Operator or used on legal grounds.
6.1.2. Use of the Service's materials without the Operator's written permission is prohibited.
6.2.1. The User retains all rights to content created using the Service.
6.2.2. The Operator makes no claim to rights in User content.
6.2.3. The User bears full responsibility for respecting third-party rights when using the created content.
7.1.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.
7.1.2. The Operator does not guarantee:
7.1.3. The User independently verifies information obtained via the Service.
7.2.1. The Operator is not liable for:
7.2.2. The Operator's maximum liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the services over the last 30 days.
The Operator is released from liability for non-performance caused by force majeure circumstances: natural disasters, military actions, government acts, internet provider failures, hacker attacks, etc.
8.1.1. This Agreement enters into force upon the User's registration and remains valid until the account is deleted.
8.1.2. Individual provisions of the Agreement may remain in force after termination (e.g., liability and intellectual property provisions).
8.2.1. The Operator may amend this Agreement at any time.
8.2.2. A new version enters into force upon publication on the site, unless otherwise stated in the new version.
8.2.3. The Operator notifies Users of material changes by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
8.2.4. Continued use of the Service after amendments means the User accepts the new version.
9.1.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations.
9.1.2. Before going to court, the User must send a written claim to the Operator at email: support@framesuite.app
9.1.3. Claims are reviewed within 30 calendar days of receipt.

11.1.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Operator and supersedes all prior arrangements.
11.2.1. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
11.2.2. An invalid provision is replaced by a valid provision closest in meaning.
11.3.1. The User may not transfer their rights and obligations under this Agreement to third parties without the Operator's written consent.
11.4.1. The Operator's failure to exercise any right under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of such right.
11.5.1. This Agreement is drawn up in Russian; the English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.
12.1. By registering with the Service, the User agrees to receive informational, service, and promotional messages from the Operator at the provided email address.
12.2. The User may opt out of promotional messages at any time by sending a request to support@framesuite.app or using the unsubscribe link in the email.
12.3. Opt-out of service messages (transaction notifications, Agreement updates) is not possible.
BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, THE USER CONFIRMS THAT THEY:
- Have fully read and understood all the terms of this Agreement;
- Agree to the terms of personal data processing;
- Agree to the refund policy;
- Undertake not to use the Service for illegal or "grey" activities;
- Undertake to comply with all terms of this Agreement.
